Master Class Regulations

1 – Master class
Concetto Armonico cultural association organizes an Opera Singing Master Class from 25th to 28th November 2015 with M° Danilo Rigosa.
The master class will be held at Tullio Serafin Theatre in Cavarzere, Venice.
The master class will be accompanied by the pianist M° Domenico Poccia.

2 – Admission
Singers of any nationality will be admitted to classes, and there will be no more than 10 students and 30 auditors.

3 – Enrolment
The enrolment deadline is 8th November 2015. Students can enrol sending the requested documents by e-mail to info@concettoarmonico.it or by ordinary mail to the following address:

4 – Payments
The enrolment fee to the Master Class is 50,00 Euros (which includes 25,00 Euros as affiliation fee – affiliates pay an enrolment fee of 25,00 Euros) and it is to be paid by money transfer to:

Should the student fail to attend classes, the enrolment fee is not refundable.

The attendance fee is 280,00 Euros for the Master Class.
Attendance fee for auditors is 50,00 Euros for the Master Class.
The attendance fee must be paid at the beginning of the Master Class.

5 – Attendance
Students must attend all their lessons and take part to all the activities scheduled for the master class. Students must attend to at least 80% of the total lesson hours, otherwise the Master Class Attendance Certificate will not be released.

6 – Cancellation
Should students fail to reach the required number, or should any such causes occur beyond control of the organization, the Master Class may be cancelled. In these cases, participants will be reimbursed the enrolment fee and the cost of the money transfer.

7 – Final Concert
Students who are ready for a public performance (the teacher and “Concetto Armonico” artistic direction will be assessing the student’s preparation) will participate to the final concert on Saturday 28th November 2015 at the Tullio Serafin Theatre in Cavarzere, Venice, Italy.
Students chosen for the concert must ensure their presence. Students will not receive any reimbursement for their performance. The attendance certificate will be given to each student at the end of the concert.

8 – Auditors
Auditors must attend to at least 80% of the total lesson hours otherwise the Master Class Attendance Certificate will not be released. Auditors may ask questions and make comments during the master class when the teacher will allow.

12 – Audio and Video Recordings
By applying to the Master Class, the participant authorises Concetto Armonico – Associazione Culturale to make video and/or audio recordings, to take pictures, to transmit by radio or TV broadcast any of his/her lessons, rehearsals or concerts organized by Concetto Armonico – Associazione Culturale. In particular, the participant surrenders to Concetto Armonico all the rights of said video and/or audio recordings and pictures for any use that might be relevant to the event. Concetto Armonico reserves the right to use all pictures, audio and video recordings for promotional purposes related to this Master Class or to future editions, or to release the audio and/or video recordings for demonstrational or promotional purposes.

13 – Final Conditions
The organization of the master class declines any responsibility for any risks or damages, to persons or property, caused to the students while participating in the master class.
Enrollment to the master class implies the whole acceptance of the above stated regulations.
